EYFS - Bears

Bears Class is the Early Years Foundation Stage (Reception) class. We have an intake of 15 children for this class which is taught by Mrs Humphreys and Mrs Clark. They are also supported by Mrs Day and Miss Rochester. 

In Bear Class, we follow the children's interests and teach them through planned and purposeful play. We build up our teacher-directed time throughout the year to ensure a smooth transition for the children. We have 6 over-arching themes that we follow over the year which are:

Term 2 - Terrific Tales!

Term 3 - Explorers!

Term 4 - Our Wonderful World!

Term 5 - Amazing Animals!

Term 6 - Fun at the Seaside!
